I'm reading through the books and enjoying them. Anyone out there recommend watching the show as well? Usually, if there is a book and show/movie then I do one then the other in 2 or so months so there is some distinction and they don't taint each other.

I am curious: Has there ever been lost media involved in this franchise, like a lost episode, lost book, a promotional video or photo, or a lost script, something like that?
