Colonel James Flood is a retired Air Force colonel in "The Southern Vampire Mysteries". Formerly stationed at Barksdale Air Force Base in Bossier City, Louisiana, Colonel Flood is a packmaster in Shreveport, Louisiana, and a full-blooded werewolf.
